SPAC ATTACK: the Sequel

Yes the SEC will look in a deliberate way at the SPAC marketplace. It might take time and effort, yet the issues associated with the "light touch" public company approach is not without risk.  SPAC is a great means to generate value for investors and the public.  

CFO teams are working at a fast pace to hit the market window. Nevertheless, finance infrastructure investment should not be forgotten or underinvested in.
