Ankura is delighted to welcome Lisa Taylor to the Disputes & Economics (D&E) Healthcare and Life Sciences team as a Managing Director in our Chicago, IL office. Lisa brings over 20 years of experience across industries including healthcare and manufacturing. Her specialization in privacy, compliance risk management, and billing marks a focused expansion of the D&E Healthcare and Life Sciences team's privacy services.
Lisa is an expert on HIPAA privacy, federal compliance programs, as well as other federal privacy laws and will focus on bringing compliance-based operational solutions, privacy operations, and compliance management expertise to clients in all healthcare markets. Her subject matter expertise in lean manufacturing and operational effectiveness will assist clients in applying these principles to mitigate risks and drive efficient, measurable outcomes.
Prior to joining Ankura, Lisa’s professional experience focused on compliance and privacy, in both healthcare and manufacturing. Throughout her career, Lisa has led large departments assisting organizations in navigating complex processes and legacy data environments with issues related to compliance, privacy, and health information modernization.
She has developed and implemented large-scale healthcare systems and analytics solutions using in-house and external data to enable real-time, proactive, actionable decision-making for large healthcare and manufacturing organizations and supported the development of tools and services to support compliance and integrity efforts.
