- New York Airport Redevelopment Project – Engaged by the owner to provide risk management and advisory services during the construction and renovation of a new terminal at a New York airport. Analyzed monthly schedule updates to track progress towards key milestones, identify delays, and discuss risks and mitigation efforts with the client and construction management team. Assisted with commercial risk management by evaluating potential claims from subcontractors and drafting formal correspondences. Led weekly legal meetings with client executives and in-house counsel. Developed dashboards with key project performance metrics, including schedule, cost, and commercial updates.
- Southern California Airport Redevelopment Project – Engaged by the owner to review cost overruns, analyze pending change orders, and evaluate as-built schedule delays during the close-out of a new airport terminal renovation project in Southern California. Developed a report summarizing critical schedule impacts across the program in support of settlement discussions between the owner and contractor.
- New York International Airport Redevelopment – Engaged by the owner to provide risk management and advisory services during the construction of a new terminal at a New York airport. Developed analysis dashboards summarizing progress and risks across the program, from design and procurement to construction and close-out. Performed monthly schedule reviews and weekly look-ahead comparisons, identifying areas of delay. Led weekly meetings with client executives and the construction team to present findings and discuss mitigations.
- Los Angeles Mixed Use High-Rise Project – Engaged by the owner of a hotel-residential mixed use real estate development in downtown LA to review delay claims from the electrical subcontractor. Analyzed change orders, manpower reports, monthly schedules, and other project documents to evaluate alleged loss of productivity and quantify critical schedule impacts related to the electrical scope. Developed expert schedule analysis in preparation for potential legal proceedings.
- Luxury Hotel in Seattle – Engaged by the owner of a hotel project in Seattle to provide schedule advisory services and track progress towards key construction milestones. Developed monthly schedule analysis dashboards to identify risks and discuss mitigations with the client.
