Andrew Farag

For nearly 20 years, Andrew has worked with and led corporate finance and accounting groups through systems and process transformation, post-merger integration, sell-side and buy-side due diligence, corporate restructurings, and capital formations.

Andrew has extensive experience partnering with private equity partners and driving performance improvements and maximizing shareholder return. He specializes in financial strategy, forecasting, and analytics, and frequently leads cross-functional projects to drive liquidity and EBITDA improvements. Andrew’s experience spans across many industries including marketing, media and technology, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and aerospace and defense.

Prior to joining Ankura, Andrew was the CFO for several mid-market firms and was a senior manager at another consulting firm. Andrew started his career in the Financial Leadership Program at Goodrich (now part of United Technologies). He has an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Purdue University.
