Anthony Metke

Prior to Ankura, Anthony has been involved in over 200 engagements in the healthcare industry. He has experience working with a wide variety of healthcare entities, including ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic imaging centers, radiation/proton therapy centers, urgent care clinics, physician practices, acute care hospitals, behavioral health hospitals, and inpatient rehabilitation facilities.

Anthony has performed valuations for a variety of purposes, including regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financial reporting, and shareholder transactions. Additionally, he has performed several carve-out valuations and valuations of specific intangible assets, including certificates of need (CON), customer contracts, health system trade names, and trained workforce. Anthony also has an extensive background in physician compensation arrangements.

Anthony currently holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation through the CFA Institute. Furthermore, he is currently pursuing the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designations.

His previous experience includes serving as a healthcare valuation and transaction advisory manager at VMG Health. He has also served as a corporate development senior manager at Envision Healthcare.
